Not usually. Routine collections can often be completed while you are out, provided we have agreed safe access to the garden.

Yes. Pet waste can be collected from artificial lawns as well as natural grass, patios, decking and other suitable outdoor surfaces.

For paddocks and larger rural properties, waste can sometimes be placed into an existing muck heap instead of being removed.

Yes. Paddocks and larger rural areas are quoted separately because the time required depends on acreage, terrain, grass length, access and waste volume.

Paddock clearance is normally charged by the hour, with a minimum one-hour booking. Additional disposal charges apply when the waste must be removed from the property.
