Commercial Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 3 Counties Pet Waste Collection & Disposal. These Commercial Terms govern services provided to business accounts, property management companies, housing associations, commercial parks, and dog care facilities.

Service Scope & Access

Services are provided according to the agreed Commercial Service Agreement schedule (Weekly, Twice Weekly, or Custom).

Property owners/managers must provide safe, unhindered access to designated collection grounds during agreed service windows.

Any site access restrictions, gate pass requirements, or security check-in procedures must be established prior to service commencement.

Health, Safety & Liability

Hazardous Conditions: Our technicians reserve the right to temporarily pause service in specific areas if unmanaged hazards (e.g., unrestrained aggressive animals, severe structural hazards, uncontained toxic substances) pose a risk to personnel safety.

Property Care: Our team will ensure all gates and access barriers are closed and secured upon completion of each visit.

Disposal & Compliance

All waste collected from commercial premises will be removed and disposed of in strict compliance with local environmental and biohazard waste regulations.

Commercial Subscription & Billing Terms

Invoicing & Payment Terms

Invoice Issuance: Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly in advance on the 1st day of each billing cycle.

Standard Terms: Payment terms are Net 30 days (or Net 14 days if specified in your bespoke service agreement) from the date of invoice.

Payment Methods: Payments must be settled electronically via Bank Transfer (BACS), Standing Order, or Direct Debit.

Invoices not paid within agreed credit terms will incur a standard late payment charge of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Accounts with invoices overdue by more than 14 days past the due date are subject to immediate service suspension until full payment is received.

Contract Length, Adjustments & Termination

Agreement Term: Commercial subscriptions operate on an ongoing month-to-month or annual fixed-term contract as agreed in your proposal.

Scope Changes: Site boundary expansions or substantial increases in waste volume require a formal adjustment to your custom monthly plan.

Cancellation Notice: Either party may terminate the commercial service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice prior to the start of the next billing period.
