Service Overview

We provide recurring pet waste collection and disposal services across our covered service areas within the designated 3 counties.

Access to the collection area (e.g., backyard, garden) must be clear, safe, and unlocked on your scheduled collection day.

Access & Safety

Gates & Locks: Please ensure gates are unlocked or a combination code is provided prior to our arrival. If we cannot access the property, the visit will be counted as completed and non-refundable.

Pets: For the safety of our staff, aggressive or overly protective animals must be kept indoors or secured away from the collection area during your scheduled service window.

Waste Volume & Weather

Initial Cleans: If an excessive accumulation of waste is present prior to your first service date, a one-time initial cleanup fee may apply.

Severe Weather: Services may be delayed or rescheduled in cases of severe weather conditions. We will notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
