Billing & Payment

Service Plans: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis for your selected schedule (Fortnightly, Weekly, or Twice Weekly).

Payment Methods: We accept recurring card payments online, Direct Debit, and Standing Order.

Card & Direct Debit: Processed automatically on your monthly renewal date.

Standing Order: If paying by Standing Order, payments must be set up to clear into our account on or before your monthly service start date. Service will commence or continue once payment confirmation is received.

Terms & Conditions Update (Standing Order Specifics)

Late or Missed Payments: If a Standing Order is cancelled, delayed, or fails to clear on the due date, service will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

Amount Adjustments: If you change your service frequency (e.g., from Weekly to Twice Weekly), you are responsible for updating the payment amount with your bank for your Standing Order before the next billing cycle.
